Ceramics: Ugly Mug Evaluation

The time has come.

Relax, sit back, and enjoy a cup of coffee/hot chocolate while we go through and evaluate your mid-term project.  I’ll be heading around the room today grading, make sure though before you leave that you have a copy of the MID-TERM review.  We will be going over this tomorrow and Friday.

 

Intro to Art: Final Project (Escher Tessellation)

  2. Work within the created  plan for which you will follow  specific steps in building a work of art, by referring to an ACTION PLAN.

We will spend sometime at the start of class to discuss the upcoming week as well as information on your study guide, (which is downloadable).  A repeating theme throughout the next few days is the attention that your paying to your goals.  Set yourself up for success by taking sometime and prioritizing what it is that you’re looking to accomplish in the given time your here.

This is it, our deadline has arrived.

To make sure your paintings are prepared for grading, I will give some time at the start of class for you to get your artist statement attached.  We will be doing a critique today and discussing some of your experiences you’ve had throughout the time spent working on this painting.  One of the requirements was making sure you could discuss the choices you’ve made.

Everyone has something due!

Time has flown by…or at least it seems that way.  Since we are going to be turning in work today for grading, I wanted to spend sometime in class to reflect on the work that has been accomplished thus far, and how it affect your final project.
